How to Reach Kurloo Support

Our support team is available during standard Australian business hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST, following Queensland (QLD), Australia public holidays.

What to Include When Reporting Issues

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your name and organisation
  • Project name or ID (if applicable)
  • Device serial number or sensor name (if applicable)
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots or exported records (if available)
  • App version and device model you are using

Providing complete information allows us to diagnose and fix problems much faster.

Escalation Process

If your issue is urgent (for example, sensor offline affecting critical monitoring):

  1. Email support@kurloo.io with “Urgent” in the subject line.
  2. Call Kurloo Support on +61 7 3366 3525 after sending the email.
  3. Our team will prioritise the issue and escalate internally if necessary.
